We recently had Finnmark design and set up a custom sauna, and I can't recommend them enough. From the very first consultation, they were super helpful; no request for personalized features was too much for them, and their attention to detail was impressive. My wife hails from Finland, so it was essential for us to have a genuine Finnish sauna. Finnmark definitely came through on that front. The installation crew, led by Connor, were fantastic—really friendly and tidy. Since we have a newborn, they went the extra mile to keep any disruption to a bare minimum. If you're thinking about getting a sauna, you won't regret choosing Finnmark.

At first, I was really pleased with my shopping experience at Finnmark because the sales rep, Hamesh, was super knowledgeable and eager to assist. But after I made my purchase, I had a question about the heater I bought. When I called, a guy named 'Rupert' answered and was completely dismissive. He told me to check the heater manual on my own. While I get that it’s a reasonable suggestion, I found it pretty rude since I had just bought the heater from them. I was taken aback that 'Rupert' seemed clueless about the products, especially compared to 'Hamesh'. This review is just to point out the lack of consistent customer service at this company.

I really can't say enough good things about this company. I ran into an issue with a stove I bought from them, and they went out of their way to fix it. They even took care of it after hours on a Friday night. Top-notch service and a fantastic company, I highly recommend them.

An exceptional company. While I was looking into the best heater for my sauna, I reached out to Finnmark for guidance on my home's electrical setup since I was on a TT earth. They connected me with their electrician, who was incredibly helpful. Because of ongoing delays with my cabin delivery from another supplier, Finnmark kindly offered to keep my Narvi Softy heater until I was ready for it and postponed the warranty start date. The communication with the company during the whole process was top-notch.

We got our materials for building a home sauna from Finnmark, located in Durham. After reaching out to several suppliers, it turned out that Finnmark handled our inquiries the best. We went ahead and ordered insulation, timbers, and other necessary items for the sauna. Everything showed up right on time as promised by Finnmark. The quality of the materials is outstanding. Super happy we went with Finnmark!

After a rough time with Oceanic Saunas, Finnmark really came through for us. Not only did they (especially Max) assist us in picking out the perfect products for our sauna project (he spent 30 minutes on the phone with us and even checked the stock in person to avoid any hold-ups), but they also delivered everything the very next day. Plus, they sent me a sauna heater that was £150 pricier at no extra cost! Without a doubt, the top sauna provider in the UK, their selection is way more stylish compared to other sauna brands, with great prices and speedy delivery! I can't recommend them enough; I'm not usually one to write reviews for good service, but they truly earned it.
